Born in Luanda, Ludovino Tchikovelo has built a career at the crossroads of technology and strategy. Trained early in electronics and IT systems in France, he worked for several years as an enterprise IT technician (Accenture, Hewlett Packard Enterprise) before leading digital projects and, today, the development and strategy of an international group — across Europe, Asia and Africa.
This dual capability — understanding the technical architecture and steering a complex governance project — is precisely what a national digital identity proposal requires. Trilingual (Portuguese, French, English) and trained in International Organizations Management at the University of Geneva, he proposes the IDNA in the service of his country.
A proposal, not a possession: the IDNA is presented to the Angolan State, its sole owner and sole decision-maker.
